They have grown into a dynamic team of over 150 professionals in five offices all united by their commitment to excellence mentorship and client advocacy.

We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney for the Riverside office eager to gain practical hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a Plaintiff Employment Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience. You will appear in court handle depositions manage your own cases and learn directly from some of Californias top trial lawyers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a docket of employment law cases from inception through trial
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings discovery responses motions and trial briefs
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism
• Represent clients in court arguing motions and presenting persuasive advocacy
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine case strategies
• Participate in mediations arbitrations and settlement negotiations
• Support trial preparation and serve as second chair when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 2 to 6 years of litigation experience (employment law a must).
• Strong experience in legal research writing and oral advocacy skills
• A strong desire to grow as a trial lawyer and litigator
• Experience with trial or trial-prep is a plus

• Base Compensation Range: $130000 - $170000
