At Noda were building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter faster and safer. Were now looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.
Your mission:
- Prioritize and plan development tasks and roadmaps.
- Write functional requirements for development.
- Coordinate with internal teams (BA Back End Front End QA).
- Organize interactions with external providers tech teams for testing and integrations.
- Configure and manage payment methods and traffic.
- Detect anomalies and coordinate fixes.
- Lead incident management.
Your skills and experience:
- 2 years as a Project Manager (FinTech experience is an advantage).
- Task prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Writing functional and technical requirements.
- Agile project management.
- Data analysis and A/B testing.
- Understanding of APIs integrations and system architecture.
- Risk and incident management.
- Knowledge of payment systems/fintech (as an advantage).
- Strategic and critical thinking.
- Communication and negotiation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Adaptability and stress resistance.
