Job Summary
Were Hiring: Health & Safety Coordinator
Salary:per annum (depending on experience)
Location: HQ Phoenix Way Swansea Enterprise Park SA7 9HZ
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday
- Monday & Thursday: 09:00 17:30
- Friday: 09:00 16:00
About the Role
Were excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our growing team at Consumer Energy Solutions (CES).
This role is ideal for someone looking to start or progress their career in Health & Safety. Youll receive full training ongoing support and the chance to make a real impact by helping maintain a safe compliant and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development implementation and maintenance of Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with UK regulations.
- Assist in ensuring all departments adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of Health & Safety data incidents and investigations.
- Help coordinate safety training ensuring all staff have access to up-to-date materials.
- Contribute to emergency response planning evacuation drills and incident reporting.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Excellent data management and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards it).
