We are seeking an enthusiastic creative and highly skilled Design and Technology Teacher to join the thriving faculty at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary academy in the Ealing area of Inner West London.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- A proven track record as an excellent Design and Technology Teacher with experience teaching a specialism to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
- Proficiency with relevant workshop machinery and/or CAD/CAM technology.
- A genuine passion for design making and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- The drive to uphold and contribute to the academys Outstanding standards.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately 40317 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum.
- Excellent structured professional development and career progression pathways.
