Your Opportunity:
The Planning Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Merchandise department in all facets of the business ensuring all administration and support services are of a consistently high standard.
- Assisting the Merchandise Planning Department with everyday tasks including emailing reporting analysis
- Produce daily weekly monthly reports needed by buying and merchandising teams to make quick decisions on product direction on time. Examples of key reports required (GP reports Line Print reports Top 150 reports Weekly reviews Adhoc analysis reporting as requested)
- Maintain the accuracy of detail in business reports so that the business is using correct information to make decisions.
- To understand and actively support the buying and merchandise functions.
- Whilst the core hours of work 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday it is recognized that you must be flexible in regard to wokring hours Some hours outside of these core hours may be required.
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
- Strong oral & written communication
- Very Strong computer skills including Word Excel & Outlook and to develop skills on Futura (our data/POS system)
- An understanding of Retail and Inventory Productivity KPIs
- Desire to understand strategic direction of the business
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- A high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- An appreciation of all LOVISA Australia brands and their position within the market
- Other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required
