Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager-West

Responsibilities:
  • Hires develops and oversees the work of the regional sales team
  • Develops and implements a sales strategy processes
  • Works with stakeholders in hospitals and health systems to ensure access and payment for Companyproducts
  • Responsible for continual improvement in commercial processes by building strategic alliances and partnerships within and outside the organization.

Authorities:
  • Oversee the regional sales team

Education/Qualification Requirements

BachelorDegree required
Experience Requirements

5 years of experience sales and marketing in themed-tech field preferrably in Early Start Up environment.

Prior experience in the Urology UrogynecologyNeuromodulation space is preferred

2 years of experience managing direct sales team (not 1099s) with in a Medical Device Company Plus experience launching New Disruptive technology to market/Start Up medical device sales experience.


Other requirements:
Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail accuracy and timelines.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment Managing multiple Priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM programs.
Excellent relationship building influencing and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel 50-70%

Looking for Management experience with a sense of Urgency High engery ability to work in a fast pace environment ability to Manage People while bring a positive light and holding accountability to the team.

$160K base plus $140K variable Stock options Full benefits 401K and more.
