Regional Sales Manager-West
Responsibilities:- Hires develops and oversees the work of the regional sales team
- Develops and implements a sales strategy processes
- Works with stakeholders in hospitals and health systems to ensure access and payment for Companyproducts
- Responsible for continual improvement in commercial processes by building strategic alliances and partnerships within and outside the organization.
Authorities:- Oversee the regional sales team
Education/Qualification Requirements
5 years of experience sales and marketing in themed-tech field preferrably in Early Start Up environment.
Prior experience in the Urology UrogynecologyNeuromodulation space is preferred2 years of experience managing direct sales team (not 1099s) with in a Medical Device Company Plus experience launching New Disruptive technology to market/Start Up medical device sales experience. Other requirements:Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail accuracy and timelines. |
Ability to work in a fast paced environment Managing multiple Priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM programs.Excellent relationship building influencing and negotiation skills. |
Ability to travel 50-70%
Looking for Management experience with a sense of Urgency High engery ability to work in a fast pace environment ability to Manage People while bring a positive light and holding accountability to the team.
$160K base plus $140K variable Stock options Full benefits 401K and more.
