Our mission is to build an exclusive high-performance investor circle with ticket sizes starting from CHF per account and to scale our AUM to CHF 100M by 2030.

Tasks

We are seeking an experienced strategically minded professional with existing access to HNWI/UHNWI investors Family Offices or institutional networks across Switzerland Liechtenstein Luxembourg and the United Arab Emirates to lead our investor acquisition and capital development efforts.

You will operate at the intersection of capital trust and performance building strong long-term investor relationships and helping Avertis expand its global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with HNWI UHNWI Family Offices and boutique investment firms
Present and position the APCM Managed Account Model (ticket size from CHF 50000) to qualified investors
Conduct investor calls roadshows and private briefings (in-person or remotely)
Co-develop fundraising strategies and structured investor relations processes
Support investor onboarding structuring and reporting activities
Develop strategic partnerships across Switzerland and the GCC region (especially Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

Requirements

Proven access to HNWI/UHNWI investors or Family Office networks
Strong background in Investor Relations Fundraising Private Banking or Asset Management
Confident and credible communicator with affluent and institutional investors
Solid understanding of financial markets (equities futures derivatives preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset you think in ownership not in hours
Fluent in English (German or Arabic is a plus)
Based in Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates (Dubai preferred)
