Location: 100% Onsite ; Hemlock MI
Pay Range: Up to $45/hr

About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced manufacturing buyer to own sourcing and supplier strategy for capital equipment and key projects supporting our Manufacturing Technology & Engineering (MT&E) division. This role is hands-on strategic and essential to keeping our operations running efficiently and cost-effectively.

What Youll Do:

Lead purchasing and sourcing for complex manufacturing and R&D equipment
Negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing terms and delivery
Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships
Support project teams with procurement planning and execution
Ensure compliance with ITAR and Global Buying Policy
Drive continuous improvement across cost quality and performance

What You Bring:

5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
U.S. citizenship (required for ITAR compliance)
