Job Summary

Job Title: Helper Relief Manufacturing Operator

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:50 AM 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:50 PM 11:00 PM
(Mandatory overtime; must be flexible to work both shifts.)

Location: Humboldt TN

About the Role:
The Helper Relief position is an entry-level manufacturing role supporting production operations. This position functions like a floater assisting across multiple areas as needed to maintain efficiency and safety on the floor.

Top Requirements:

Prior manufacturing experience
Machine operation skills
Strong mechanical aptitude

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate various manufacturing machines and power tools
Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with all regulations
Keep accurate attendance and follow company attendance policy
Maintain a clean organized work environment
Read a tape measure; perform basic math and computer tasks
Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the entire shift
Work daily overtime and weekends as required
