Job Summary

Stream is looking for a driven ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our pipeline and accelerate revenue growth from our Boulder office (full-time 3 days/week in-office).

At Stream youll learn fast take ownership and directly impact the success of a fast-scaling global company.

What will you work on

In this role you will support our sales reps on outbound efforts and strategies and work with managers to come up with new outbound ideas and techniques. Expect to craft thoughtful outbound messaging run crisp qualification through cold calls and personalize your outreach daily.

Responsibilities

  • Identify research and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.

  • Conduct high-quality discovery to uncover needs and align them to Streams solutions.

  • Set qualified meetings with ICP prospects through phone email LinkedIn and creative outreach.

  • Collaborate with AEs by attending intro calls and ensuring seamless handoffs.

  • Consistently hit activity and pipeline goals by driving strong top-funnel performance.

  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (Salesforce).

  • Stay sharp on Streams product value propositions ideal customer profile and competitive landscape.

About You

Youre motivated curious and ready to win. You think strategically about outbound embrace experimentation and thrive in a fast-changing environment. Stream moves quickly and you like it that way.

Youre a team-oriented self-starter who wants to master the fundamentals of technical sales while contributing directly to revenue.

You have

  • 6 months SDR or outbound lead gen experience at a tech company

  • Proven cold calling emailing skills with examples of success

  • Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think on your feet

  • Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive confident and authentic

  • Ability to handle rejection stay resilient and stay motivated

  • Experience working in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment

Bonus points

  • Experience at a SaaS startup

  • Exposure to API-driven products or developer-focused solutions

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Experience with the LATAM Market

Note: this list of benefits applies to Colorado-based employees and is adjusted per your location of residence.

Salary (for Colorado only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidates skills level of experience and location. For Colorado-based candidates $75000 OTE (base salary of $55000 and bonus of $20000). Compensation at all other locations will be based on the factors as stated above.
