Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to lead the identification evaluation and acquisition of residential properties. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate negotiations market analysis and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an organized self-driven professional who can manage leads efficiently and close deals with confidence.

This is a hybrid role based in Fresno CA with partial remote flexibility after training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source analyze and evaluate residential property opportunities within target markets.

  • Conduct market research to determine property values repair estimates and investment potential.

  • Negotiate purchase terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company processes.

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads through CRM systems and maintain consistent follow-up communication.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners agents and investors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and transaction flow.

  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management regarding acquisition activities.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions wholesaling or property investment (1 3 years preferred).

  • Strong negotiation communication and closing skills.

  • Proficiency in market analysis property evaluation and lead management systems (CRM).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting acquisition goals.

  • Excellent organizational and relationship management abilities.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or Finance preferred (not mandatory).

  • Real estate license is a plus but not required.
