Job Description:

  • Take full ownership of key strategic enterprise accounts specifically including Amgen Genentech and Johnson & Johnson and drive organic growth across these major relationships.
  • Drive organic growth in key pharma accounts targeting $1M per year ideally $3M $5M annually.
  • Build and communicate strong value propositions to top clients with high revenue potential.
  • Be an expert in pharma marketing and branding and proactively identify opportunities across pharma companies and media agencies.
  • Stay informed on latest print and digital point-of-care (POC) products and trends.
  • Work consultatively with client stakeholders to understand goals challenges and opportunities.
  • Translate client needs into new business opportunities that expand Health Monitors capabilities.
  • Identify risks early and provide actionable solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects communicating progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate client needs (see around corners) and proactively plan.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and select senior leadership meetings with visibility to the Senior Leadership Team and Gridiron Capital.
