Job Title- Quality Analyst(Travel Account)

Job location - Metro Manila

Job Type- Shifting Schedule (Onsite)

REQUIRED:

At least 1-2 yrs experience as Quality Analyst in a Travel account
MUST have TRAVEL ACCOUNT experience that is client facing preferably with Voice Email and Chat LOB
GDS skill on one and more GDS (Amadeus World span Sabre Galileo and Apollo)
Good understanding about International Ticketing Exchange Refunds
Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation Like; Fare component Manual fare calculation Pricing unit Global Indicator Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies
Proficient in speaking in English
Proficient Communication Skills
Advance Microsoft Office skills
Highly knowledgeable in Quality tools
