Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 8 10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable microservices and event-driven applications using Java 8/11 Spring Boot and modern integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to cloud CI/CD pipelines and message-driven architecture with proven expertise in mentoring teams and delivering high-quality production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Java-based microservices and APIs using Spring Boot REST and SOAP.
Implement event-driven and asynchronous integrations using Kafka RabbitMQ or IBM MQ.
Ensure code quality through JUnit testing peer reviews and code optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.
Manage deployment using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins TeamCity or Octopus).
Work with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS for application hosting and scalability.
Utilize version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
Guide and mentor junior developers ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery timelines.
Troubleshoot performance issues and production bugs across distributed systems.
Maintain understanding of modern architectural patterns such as Domain Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.

Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
