Job Summary

Your key responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP projects within the financial services domain ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Information Technology or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project delivery with a focus on financial services.
Strong understanding of financial processes regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformations.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
SAP certification(s) is a plus.
At minimum 6 of experience working with SAP Finance modules as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required.
Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to Treasury and Group Reporting is preferred.
Development of project documentation training materials requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally youll also have

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and statutory and regulatory Financial Services .
Experience with integration with 3rd party systems

Work location: Toronto

Work model and candidate location: work is hybrid. We prefer Canadian candidates but are open to international resources as well.
