Position- LPN

Location- Canistota SD 57012
Facility- SNF
Shift- 6:00 18:30 with every 3^rd weekend and every 3^rd holiday
Assignment Length- 13 weeks

Pay: $1820.00 per week

Beds: 55
Ratio: Med aide with you from 6-10. 1 nurse from 10-6. Most of all the skilled charting covid charting etc is done on the day shift. Overnight appx. 1:45; Day appx. 1:23
EMR: PCC
Weekend Requirement: Every other
Holidays: If falls within your schedule while on contract
Shifts (8s or 12s): 12 hour

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of LTC/ SNF experience required
LPN License
Charting system: PCC
Certification:- BLS (AHA)
Schedule flexibility required
