Job Description
- Analyze Data and Processes: Bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Identify business needs design solutions and implement strategies that align with healthcare regulations
- Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of healthcare data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Project Management: Manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycles including user acceptance testing and training
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to elicit requirements and set goals for change management
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems terminology and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as proficiency in data analysis tools and SDLC methodologies
Must have skills:
- Business system analysis
- Healthcare payer experience
- Capitation sub-domain experience
- SQL knowledge
- Good communication and documentation skills
