Job Profile

Conduct meetings with clients to assess factors affecting interior design such as budget architectural preferences and purpose/function of the space.
Plan and design interiors for residential spaces clubhouses and hospitality projects.
Estimate material requirements and costs presenting designs to clients for approval.
Select or design hard finishes CP/sanitary soft furnishings wall finishes art works and accessories.
Collaborate with engineering and consultants to coordinate MEP HVAC and other services.
Prepare working drawings for site implementation or manufacturing processes.
Oversee projects from initiation to completion coordinating with vendors contractors and production teams as required.
