Job Summary

Job description-

Handled bank entries and performed bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Managed import purchase entries along with related import expenses (freight duty clearing charges etc.).
Processed and adjusted foreign payments including currency conversion and vendor account reconciliation.
Maintained and monitored outstanding receivables/payables and followed up on pending dues.
Assisted in billing activities including invoice preparation verification and dispatch to clients.
Maintained accurate stock records tracking inventory movement and stock reconciliation.
Prepared and tracked TDS details including deductions challans and return assistance.
Conducted GST 2B reconciliation and ensured timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
Generated various MIS and ad hoc reports as required by management.
Reconciled ledger statements with vendors/customers to ensure accurate balances.
Coordinated with the CRM/Sales team to follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies.
Prepared and uploaded e-way bills for import and domestic transactions in compliance with regulations.
Executed tasks assigned by senior management including audit support and special financial tasks.
Ensured all accounting processes complied with statutory requirements and internal policies
