Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role supports production goals by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment reliability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
Assist with equipment installations adjustments and upgrades.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
Required Experience:
Basic understanding of hydraulic pneumatic and servo-driven machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment preferred.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or training preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
