Experience: 5-8 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI experience
Qualification : Graduation

Responsibilities
* In charge of the entire branch sales operations and administration
* Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
* Ensure branch achieve the targets motivate and guide the team.
* New to branch customer acquisition building the Asset under management of the branch drivingsales of debentures insurance tour and travel products.
* Key custodian ensure quality clients are onboarded control NPAs.
* Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.
* Market scoping understand the trends in the market and act accordingly
