Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative and office duties.
Assist with client communication via phone email or WhatsApp.
Prepare and update client information and internal records.
Support the sales and marketing team with scheduling and follow-ups.
Organize meetings appointments and documents as needed.
Ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office email and basic admin systems).
Professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (preferred).
