The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the companys objectives
- Manage recruitment onboarding and staff retention processes
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies
- Advise management on HR best practices disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll inputs
- Oversee employee training and development plans
- Drive employee planning job evaluation and attendance controls
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar role on HR Management level
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
