Job Summary
Receive and review testing orders SOPs and instruction before conducting testing.
Perform tests in a professional and safe manner ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders SOP and clients instruction and as per division quality procedures
Keep Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader informed on daily basis or as required about the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing tests.
Prepare accurate and detailed written test reports and pass to the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader for review
All data related to test results should be tracked in proper files (hard copies or electronic files) for easy tracing back if requested
Strictly follow operation procedure/ guidance when operating equipments tools in order to maintain smooth operation of the equipments tools
Equipments tools chemicals and consumables should be kept in good conditions stored at proper places; immediately report to the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader all incidents related to equipments tools chemicals and consumables.
Responsible for minor maintenance of laboratory equipment as guidance of suppliers/ supervisors
Keep testing samples in a proper manner to avoid damage of samples or wrong testing of samples due to wrong identification of samples.
Comply with QHSE procedure
Other duties as requested by the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader.
