[BSV] Test Engineer (Chinese – HSK4, Onsite in China)

Testing of electrical systems such as module rack voltage verification SoC/SoH accuracy validation cell balancing temp monitoring battery protection functioning (over-vol. under volt over current short circuit etc) Battery Management System communication.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science Electronics Electrical Mechatronics or related engineering fields.
• Strong knowledge of battery technology including module/rack architecture voltage/current characteristics and protection mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with testing activities such as:
  • Voltage verification (module/rack level)
  • SoC / SoH accuracy validation
  • Cell balancing behavior verification
  • Temperature monitoring accuracy
  • Battery protection tests (over-voltage under-voltage over-current short circuit thermal protection etc.)
• BMS communication testing (CAN LIN UART or other protocols)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and system architecture documents.
• Solid understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) of embedded systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify defects in hardwaresoftware interactions.
• Proficiency in test case creation execution defect logging and analysis.
• Language: English Mandarin (HSK4)
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers in China (nice to have)
