- Daily operations
- Perform testing products for every test method assigned by direct manager.
- Record code and store samples complying with regulations to avoid confusion between samples.
- Comply with safety regulations in the laboratory such as lab coat gloves masks goggles safety shoes...
- Immediately notify supervisor or team leader whenever detect abnormal problems during sample preparation.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the laboratory.
- Check preserve tools equipment:
- Check the condition of equipment and tools before used. Immediately notify superiors and equipment group when there is any problem with the equipment and tools. Make sure the equipment and tools are used properly in good condition and also within the calibration (if any).
- Check equipment and tools after each workday.
- Ensure reports issue on time and accuracy
- Development new test method
- Develop new test method as managers request.
- Handling of equipment
- Create Work Instruction for all instrument in toys lab.
- Properly monitoring the capacity of each equipment to ensure its not damaged
- Check the status of all equipment to ensure its under maintenance and calibration schedule.
- Monitoring the breakdown time of instrument and do corrective action.
- Others.
- Any other duties assigned by the Lab Manager time to time.
Qualifications :
- Fresh graduate from University major in Mechnical or Technology or Chemical or other but at least 2 years worked in TIC.
- Knowledge on testing of consumer is an advantage.
- Work independent team work
- Office computer
- English comprehension.
- Organization work arrangement.
- Work under high pressure independent
- Be responsible careful
