The Role

Were looking for a Talent Partnerships Manager to build and manage relationships with influencers content creators and talent managers. This role is all about understanding creators building meaningful partnerships and helping connect them with the right brand opportunities.

What Youll Do

Build nurture and manage relationships with influencers and talent agencies across various markets.
Identify and onboard new creators who align with AWISEEs client campaigns and brand goals.
Negotiate collaboration terms deliverables and pricing with creators and their representatives.
Work closely with campaign managers to match creators with the right projects.
Track campaign deliverables performance and maintain ongoing communication with talent.
Stay ahead of creator trends emerging platforms and new talent across different niches.

Requirements

3 years of experience in influencer marketing talent management or digital partnerships.
Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.) and creator ecosystems.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Organized proactive and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing international partnerships.
Passion for creators content and authentic collaborations.
