The Role

Were looking for an Influencer Outreach & Email Marketing Specialist to help us connect with the right creators and strengthen our campaign outreach. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships through smart communication writing engaging emails and organizing outreach campaigns that deliver results.

What Youll Do

Identify research and reach out to influencers and creators for upcoming campaigns.
Manage outreach sequences and email communications with creators and their teams.
Track responses update databases and coordinate influencer onboarding with campaign managers.
Write test and optimize outreach templates to improve reply rates and campaign success.
Support influencer marketing campaigns with communication reporting and coordination.
Stay up to date with influencer trends audience engagement and new creator platforms.

Requirements

13 years of experience in influencer outreach digital marketing or email campaigns.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable handling a high volume of outreach.
Knowledge of influencer platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube) and outreach tools (e.g. CRM email automation).
Creative thinker who understands how to personalize communication for better engagement.
