Job Description:

Youll be the creative force behind a thriving CBD companys visual brand ensuring every design element reflects their commitment to quality and professionalism. This role puts you at the centre of their growth story where your sharp design eye and senior-level expertise will directly impact how customers perceive and connect with their brand. Youll work closely with leadership to create compelling visuals that maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day social media operations including scheduling posting and performance tracking across Instagram TikTok Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Plan and execute the monthly content calendar with consistent posting frequency (34 Instagram posts per week daily Stories 35 TikTok briefs per week and weekly YouTube Shorts).
Write and adapt captions hooks and short-form storytelling in English (EN) for easy localization to Czech (CZ).
Support the creation of wellness lifestyle and functional storytelling content that aligns with brand values and objectives.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms ensuring visual and written coherence in every post.
Design all visual content for social media: feed posts Stories Reels covers and campaign assets.
Work within Figma (preferred) or Canva to create editable and scalable templates with clear text layers for English and Czech versions.
Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity ensuring design consistency and high-quality creative output.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring campaign concepts (e.g. Sleep Reset Focus Month Black Friday) to life.
Prepare final visuals optimized for various platforms and formats ensuring professional-grade resolution and visual impact.
Support development of creative systems and libraries for efficient workflow and faster turnaround.

Reporting & Coordination:

Use ZoomSphere (or similar tools) for scheduling publishing analytics and performance reporting.
Deliver a monthly content calendar editable Figma board weekly trend report with Reels briefs and monthly performance report (covering reach engagement growth and conversions).
Participate in weekly ideation and feedback sessions to ensure ongoing optimization of social media strategy and design quality.

Requirements:

Senior-level experience in social media management strategy and/or graphic design.
Proven ability to manage multiple social channels with structured workflows (Trello WhatsApp ZoomSphere or similar).
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for English content (localization awareness is a plus).
