Job Description
Were taking on exciting new initiatives in digital marketing regulatory compliance sales enablement and operational excellence with our partnera global technology provider and industry frontrunner. Youll have the opportunity to apply your project management skills while providing thought leadership on process efficiencies and stakeholder engagement.
As a senior business consultant youll lead client workstreams and partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes. Youll combine analytical rigor structured problem-solving and stakeholder management to drive delivery excellence and client success. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Managing client relationships by fostering positive and productive dynamics.
- Tracking tasks and reporting on progress for specific projects programs and services.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready materials (e.g. dashboards status updates presentations) and communicate insights and recommendations.
- Facilitating and owning content creation for meetings to train and update diverse communities on process and program enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a culture of delivery excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients toughest business challenges. Youll work side-by-side with architects managers and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of consulting operations or project management experience at a professional enterprise firm
- Demonstrated ability to identify business impacts of requirements
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects to timely completion with strong ownership and navigate ambiguity effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders in complex projects
- Ability to document process flows and diagrams and identify areas to increase efficiency
- Ability to identify program and project risks and proactively propose solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience creating executive-level deliverables
- Ability to create executive-level PowerPoint and Word documents to provide project management updates and training guidance to marketers
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Undergraduate degree in technology or business
