Job Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end functional testing across Oracle Fusion modules (Procure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash Record-to-Report Hire-to-Retire).
Validate reports and analytics built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
Conduct integration testing with external systems (EDI SOAP/REST APIs PL/SQL).
Develop detailed test plans test cases and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
Define and manage test data requirements; estimate testing effort and contribute to project timelines.
Execute functional integration regression and system integration tests (SIT); support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Log and track defects using tools like JIRA HP ALM or Zephyr and work closely with developers and consultants to resolve them.
Perform regression testing to ensure stability after patches upgrades and new configurations.
Collaborate with business functional and technical teams throughout the SDLC to ensure quality and alignment.
Support UAT users provide guidance on test execution and document issues effectively.
Maintain test documentation and provide clear test summary reports and status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
6 years of proven QA/testing experience with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Applications.
Hands-on testing experience in at least two Oracle Fusion modules:
Financials (GL AP AR FA Cash Management)
HCM (Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent Management Compensation)
SCM (Procurement Inventory Order Management Sourcing)
Strong knowledge of testing concepts methodologies and processes.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM Zephyr).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
