Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Design develop and execute performance testing scripts using HP LoadRunner (VuGen) and Apache JMeter.
Build and validate workload models aligned with business and system requirements.
Conduct load stress endurance and scalability tests to measure system performance and stability.
Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide detailed performance tuning recommendations.
Utilize Performance Center for test execution monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate with development infrastructure and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Document performance test results and present findings to stakeholders.
Maintain test scripts data and documentation for reusability and audit purposes.
Manage test defects using JIRA and HP ALM.
Support performance testing across Guidewire and insurance domain applications.
Required Skills & Experience
6 years of experience in Performance Testing.
Strong hands-on expertise with LoadRunner (Mercury/HP/Micro Focus) and JMeter.
Proficiency in VuGen scripting and correlation techniques.
Experience working with Performance Center for distributed test management.
Good understanding of workload modeling and performance metrics (CPU memory response time throughput).
Familiarity with Guidewire or insurance domain applications preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with JIRA and ALM/Quality Center for defect tracking and reporting.
