Job Summary
Role within the Digital Workplace department focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot/Agentic AI projects
Responsible for investigating and assessing new capabilities/features in the Microsoft Product Portfolio
Provides functional guidance and expertise during workshops and documents findings
Works closely with business stakeholders change management and technical teams to support innovation and product launches

Typical Day
Daily stand-up meetings with a cross-functional team (architects product owners team leads developers operations)
Product review roadmap definition rollout and sprint planning
Definition and prioritization of requirements user story design
Product release management and feedback collection from customers/business stakeholders
Meetings with change management team to prepare training and content for end users
Validation and qualification activities
Documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven expertise in Office 365 and its collaboration modules (SharePoint Online MS Teams OneDrive etc.)
