Job Summary

A highly regarded Virginia law firmconsistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginiais seeking Litigation Attorneys to join its office in the Falls Church VA area. The firm is expanding and hiring for multiple attorney positions within its Civil Litigation as well as the Estate Administration/Litigation department.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a solid background in litigation who are eager to continue developing their skills in a collaborative growth-oriented environment. The firm is open to training the right candidate in either practice area depending on interest and experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery motion practice and trial preparation
Conduct legal research draft motions and develop case strategies
Represent clients in court proceedings mediations and depositions
Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff within the firm
Provide exceptional client service and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Virginia Bar membership (in good standing)
Strong background in litigation required (civil commercial or related areas)
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Desire to work in a collegial team-oriented setting

Benefits

Salary range: $120000 $150000 depending on experience
Incentive bonuses based on performance
Hybrid schedule: primarily in-person in Falls Church with remote work on Mondays
