Our client an established civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco West Los Angeles Las Vegas and Napa Valley is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join its West Los Angeles office.
This opportunity is ideal for a California-licensed attorney who is eager to continue developing litigation skills in a dynamic team-oriented and supportive environment that values collaboration and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Handle court appearances and motion practice
Draft pleadings and manage written discovery
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Support pre-trial preparation and trial proceedings
Serve as a key point of contact in client relationships
Qualifications
Active member of the California State Bar
2 years of civil litigation experience preferred
Strong writing analytical and oral advocacy skills
Salary
130000 - 200000 (USD) per year
