As Office Supervisor you will oversee Streampays day-to-day workplace operations ensuring smooth logistics administrative support and a productive environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day office logistics equipment supplies and vendor relations.
Coordinate administrative support including reception mail handling travel bookings immigration permits visas and documentation.
Ensure smooth daily operations and staff satisfaction.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Organize meetings and team building events.
Support HR in onboarding and internal communications and Legal in compliance to Nigerian laws.
Requirements
Qualifications
13 years experience in office or administrative management.
Proven experience in compliance legal risk management or regulatory affairs
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Fluency in english local languages and french are considered an advantage.
