Job Summary

As Office Supervisor you will oversee Streampays day-to-day workplace operations ensuring smooth logistics administrative support and a productive environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day to day office logistics equipment supplies and vendor relations.

  • Coordinate administrative support including reception mail handling travel bookings immigration permits visas and documentation.

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and staff satisfaction.

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs.

  • Organize meetings and team building events.

  • Support HR in onboarding and internal communications and Legal in compliance to Nigerian laws.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • 13 years experience in office or administrative management.

  • Proven experience in compliance legal risk management or regulatory affairs

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

  • Fluency in english local languages and french are considered an advantage.
