Job Summary

Campus Recruitment Strategy

Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from Universities and Market
Work with target key Universities/Institutes on strategic programs
Create annual campus recruitment plans and budgets
Track metrics and analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies

Campus Relations & Events

Build and maintain relationships with university career centers faculty and student organizations
Represent the company at career fairs information sessions workshops and networking events
Coordinate and host company-sponsored campus events and competitions
Manage campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives

Candidate Selection & Programs

Source screen and interview candidates for internships entry-level positions and Junior Laterals
Develop and manage internship and new graduate programs within the Organization
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and match candidates
Create engaging onboarding experiences for campus hires

Key Requirements

3 Years of Experience in similarwork
Work from Office 4-5 Days a week
Minimum Degree Qualification in any field (HR/ BA preferred)
