ROA Positions are eligible for annual bonuses-
Annual Return on Assets Bonus Percentage (5 year average) 25.4% of eligible earnings (up to 33% eligible earnings).
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average) 20% of eligible earnings

Responsibilities of the AI & Robotics Engineer may include but are not limited to:
The AI & Robotics Engineer will be responsible for our robotics automation systems to include but not limited to designing documenting troubleshooting diagnosing programming continually improving and leading projects from selection through final test and acceptance. This teammate will work closely with Maintenance and Operations personnel providing technical expertise in training the maintenance teams and optimizing the operations. Successful candidate will also play an integral lead role in robot safety within the addition this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence in our process to improve safety and efficiency.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Four-year Robotics or Automation Engineering Degree
1 year experience in Robotics Automation
Industrial Robot upgrade installation commissioning and maintenance experience
Experience in manufacturing
