Job Summary :
The Inflight Base Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations at an airlines base ensuring safe efficient and customer-focused inflight services. This role provides leadership to flight attendants supervisors and support staff ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The Base Manager acts as the primary liaison between inflight teams and other operational departments driving performance engagement and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- EnsuresmoothworkingofcabincrewoperationsandeffectiveBaseAdministration.
- Ensure Cabin Crew deliver on board safe efficient and superlative service experience to all Passengers.
- Review performance and mentor coach & motivate the Base Team and crew and foster an efficient working environment.
- Always uphold company image and value systemsandensurequalitystandardsare met.
- Ensure cabin crew are conversant and compliant with DGCA regulations company SOPs grooming and discipline standards.

- LiaisewithdepartmentslikeCateringOCCAirportServicesandCabinAppearanceto ensure 100% OTP from IFS.
- Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and counseling to crew on performance and service issues.
- EnsureadequatemanninglevelsandrepresentIFSincabincrewrecruitmentdrives.
- Monitorcrewperformancethroughbriefingsauditsandsubmitcomprehensivereports.
- Maintaineffectivebaseadministrationandensureallrecordsanddataareuptodate.
- Coordinatewithrosteringforunplannedflightsandensuresmoothoperationofspecial flights.
- Reviewflightreportsandescalatecriticalconcernsforresolution.
- Operate flights in exigency or as required.
