Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings extractions root canals and crowns.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients needs and preferences.
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatments performed.
- Work collaboratively with dental hygienists technicians and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental care and techniques.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license to practice in Ontario Canada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 1yearof clinical experience preferred but recent graduates with exceptional skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in various dental procedures and treatments.
- Familiarity with digital radiography and patient management software.
Salary & Benefits:
The position offers a competitive annual salary $350000 to $400000 commensurate with addition to a rewarding compensation package the following benefits are included:
