Location: Flagstaff AZ
Duration: 52 Weeks
Schedule: PRN 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM6:30 PM / 6:30 PM6:00 AM)
Local Pay: $557/week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRNfor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Perform wound care trach/gastro/jejunostomy catheter care postural drainage
Monitor document and report patient condition
Maintain medication/supply inventory
Participate in shift reports and care planning (MDS assessments reviews)
Communicate with patients families and care team
Support QAPI and follow infection control standards
Qualifications:
Active LPN license (state-specific)
Geriatric or LTC experience preferred
Strong assessment documentation and communication skills
Flexible to work days/nights/weekends/holidays as needed
