Job Summary
To apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
What you will do
- Overall reliability of equipments of respective process through planning directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting root cause analysis and effectivecountermeasure
- Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators safety
- Plan of the shift team and ensure sufficient manning
- Participate in the appraisal of the technicians
We believe you have
At least 2-3 years experience as maintenance engineer Background in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance experience WCM knowledge and application Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure Project Management
