Job Summary

The Housekeeping Inspector ensures guest accommodations meet cleanliness standards supervises room attendants and acts as a liaison between housekeeping staff and management. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on tasks requiring a detail-oriented communicative and physically capable individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with brand standards
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate departments
  • Training and supporting housekeeping staff to meet quality standards
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping (required)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
