The University of Denvers College of Professional Studies PSC is a leader in adult education providing fully accredited and affordable educational experiences specifically designed for busy adults since 1938. PSC offers over 100 academic degree and certificate programs that enroll nearly 3000 students from around the world and over 7000 learners enroll each year in PSC non-credit programs.
Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Experience leads transformational enrollment initiatives through AI-powered analytics strategic team leadership and innovative technology integration that optimizes student recruitment and retention outcomes. This role combines direct supervision of enrollment teams with advanced data-driven strategies to create exceptional personalized experiences for prospective and current students. Working at the intersection of enrollment management artificial intelligence and student success this position drives institutional enrollment goals while implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices that enhance the complete student lifecycle experience. This position reports to the Director of Enrollment Experience and works collaboratively with academic directors student services teams and technology partners. The role includes direct supervision of enrollment experience staff while serving as a strategic partner in institutional enrollment planning and AI implementation initiatives.

Salary Grade Number
The salary grade for the position is 10.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60000-$72500.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate departmental budget availability internal salary equity considerations and available market information but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
