Within CEG the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services capabilities data and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The Digital Product Solution Design team within Colleague Services is responsible for the end-to-end support configuration and strategic management of Oracle HCM platforms including Workforce Compensation and HCM modules. This team drives system readiness through rigorous testing release management and integration oversight ensuring seamless functionality across global HR operations. They collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve backend issues manage data integrity and implement enhancements aligned with enterprise goals. The team also plays a key role in platform modernization governance and system strategy making them a critical partner in delivering scalable and compliant HR technology solutions.
The Oracle HCM Cross Functional Manager within this team will be responsible for the end-to-end support configuration and testing of the Oracle Workforce Compensation (WFC) Core HR and Learn module. This role ensures the system is optimized for annual and off-cycle compensation processes. The manager will lead technical and functional readiness partner with internal stakeholders and vendors and drive continuous improvement in compensation system operations directly influencing the accuracy efficiency and scalability of global compensation Core HR and Learn servicing.
