Role Overview

We are seeking Business Analysts to join the Finance & Risk Solutionsteam part of a global IT organization that supports financial and riskreporting systems across multiple position focuses on supporting and improving risk data interpretation and accounting control toolscontributing to business-critical processes related to credit risk regulatoryreporting and financial data management.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gapbetween business stakeholdersand technical teamsensuring that requirements are effectively gathered translated andimplemented to support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Analyzebusiness needs and identify opportunities to optimizeprocesses enhance data quality and improve efficiency.

Conduct requirementsworkshops with business stakeholders to gather validate andprioritize requirements.

Documentrequirements using user stories process diagrams or use casesin a clear and structured manner.

Translate business requirements into functional specificationsfor development teams.

Configure and maintain business rules within a rule management system.

Perform functionaltesting to validate that implemented solutions align with userexpectations.

Provide Level2 application support including ad-hoc data extractions andfunctional analysis.

Manage useraccess rights and ensure system compliance with internalpolicies.

Collaborate closely with IT developers projectmanagers and business users to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Produce clear documentation forprocesses configurations and results.

Technical Skills

Experience:35 years as a Business Analyst (mandatory).

SQL:Expert strong ability to query and analyze relational databases.

ETLProcesses: Advanced understanding of Extract Transform andLoad operations.

PythonGit Confluence JIRA: Familiarity preferred.

AgileMethodology: Working knowledge of Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

Previous experience in banking or financeespecially related to creditrisk (RWA LGD PD) is a strong advantage.

Language Skills

English:Expert (mandatory)

French:Basic (preferred)
