What Youll Be Doing
Were growing our Product team and looking for a Product Manager with experience in neobanks or fintechs to lead a product team focused on building top-tier banking features. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership guiding an engineering mission team to deliver customer-focused outcomes and driving strong execution. The goal is to help Capital on Tap strengthen its long-term position in the SME banking market.
- Delivering features that allow us to offer industry beating banking solutions
- Collaborating with C-level executives to align on commercial and operational objectives
- Running at least one mission team of engineers with an eye on delivery and customer outcomes.
- Achieving masterful delivery by motivating those nearby to make hard things seem easy
- Help Capital on Tap achieve long term strategic dominance in SME industry
Were looking for
This role is for someone whos ready to shoulder individual responsibility for end to end development and delivery of features that support our customers and operational teams. This person needs to be highly driven and self-motivated and will be rewarded by having a high impact on customer outcomes and by collaborating with all senior stakeholders across our business.
- 3 years of experience in neobanks fintech or fast paced financial environment
- Proven track record of delivering cross functional and complex projects and achieving desired outcomes
- Highly creative with commercial understanding entrepreneurial spirit and foundational gut instinct
- Thrive in chaos and score highly on adaptability leveraging strong communication skills to keep people aligned and mission teams humming along
- Ability to synthesise large amounts of information and distill a problem down to its essence
- Strong interpersonal skills to make hard work rewarding sustainable and nourishing
