Tasks and Qualifications:
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive inclusive and high-performing culture.
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution.
Act as a key communication link between employees and leadership.
Supporting the Global OCTR Process Locally:
Drive local implementation of the Global OCTR process.
Support annual pay and bonus reviews across UK Ireland and Denmark.
Promote effective use of performance management systems.
Identify opportunities to upskill leaders and enhance team capability.
Organisational Development:
Lead organisational change and growth initiatives.
Facilitate engagement activities workshops and team development.
Identify and address talent gaps and learning needs.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure HR policies are compliant with local legislation and updated regularly.
Manage labour relations and mandatory negotiations.
Coordinate audits and mitigate HR-related risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience preferably in a matrix organization.
Strong knowledge of UK Irish and Nordic labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
