The Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development Manager plays a dual role in supporting PathPoints mission: securing qualified mission-aligned talent and supporting the growth and development of current staff. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes as well as focusing on nurturing and enhancing the skills and capabilities of existing employees by facilitating learning coaching and development opportunities. The role is designed to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience while strengthening the organizations workforce.
PathPoint a leader in providing support services that empower people with disabilities mental health diagnoses and disadvantages to be valued members of our community is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development Manager to join our this hands-on role youll take the lead on recruitment and training. Youll support our nearly 500 employees in 5 counties helping them with targeted coaching and individual development goals.

What Youll Do:
Talent acquisition (approx. 60%)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting jobs sourcing candidates screening interviewing and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Represent PathPoint at job fairs networking events and community partnerships to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Ensure recruitment practices support PathPoints diversity equity and inclusion goals.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress to HR leadership.
Learning & Development (approx. 40%)
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and new hire orientations to support seamless integration into PathPoint.
- Deliver targeted coaching and skills training to staff in collaboration with HR and program leaders.
- Support the implementation of learning initiatives training calendars and leadership development programs.
- Partner with HR team to identify skill gaps and recommend resources workshops or coaching opportunities.
- Act as a resource and learning partner for employees seeking guidance on career growth or professional skills.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or related HR function.
- 5 years experience in employee development facilitation or coaching strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable facilitating small-group sessions workshops or one-on-one coaching.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and professionalism.
- Commitment to PathPoints mission and values.
Compensation and Benefit Package: This is an hourly non-exempt position and starting pay will be based on experience. As a full-time employee youll be eligible for a generous benefits package including medical vision dental and life/AD&D insurance; paid vacation holidays and sick time; 403(b) tax-sheltered retirement savings plan with employer match; Flexible Spending Accounts; wellness program with cash rewards; free Employee Assistance Program; and more! Positions is a temporary to permanent employment arrangement. Salary range for this position is $36.05 - $43.27.
