What You Will Be Doing
In this position you will be responsible for providing a wide range of microcomputer support to 1000 department customers. Installs maintains and manages all department microcomputer hardware and software. This is an entry level IT position responsible for providing troubleshooting and problem resolution for microcomputer and network hardware and software issues. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to solve problems that others cannot.

The Microcomputer Network Technician provides technical support and customer service across the Departments primary divisions.
